In this research, the self-efficacy levels of physical education and sports teachers working at all school levels in Konya in the 2021-2022 academic year were examined. As a result of the simple random sampling method in the study, n=412 teachers participated in the research. Personal information form and UEÖY (Distance Education Self-Efficacy) Teacher Scale were applied as data collection tools. In the study, frequency analysis, independent sample t-test and analysis of variance test were used to analyze the data. Analyzes were made with SPSS 25.0 program. It was determined that 61.4% of the teachers were male and 38.6% were female. It has been observed that teachers serve in institutions providing formal and daytime education with 75%, imam preacher with 12.9% and other types of schools with 12.1%. 53.9% of the teachers work in secondary schools and 46.1% in high schools. It has been determined that teachers have professional seniority of 0-5 years with 6.8%, 6-10 years with 19.2%, 11-15 years with 37.4%, and 16 years and more with 36.7%. It can be stated that gender, school type, educational institution and seniority levels are suitable for the general characteristics of the universe. It has been determined that the expressions with low self-efficacy of the teachers are mostly on the subjects related to technical computer infrastructures. It was calculated that the level of knowledge and proficiency about the distance education system was at the level of 3.78±0.78 and quite high. In the study, it was seen that the knowledge and competence levels of the teachers about the distance education system were not at different levels according to the education level. In addition, it was observed that the self-efficacy levels of male teachers with low seniority levels and working in normal high schools were higher.
