Abstract (EN)
Drug therapy and surgical therapy are applied to carry out function of biological systems which are not grow or abnormal grown tissues. Tissue prosthesis are preferred appropriate cases in surgical therapies. This manner of treatment is often used for mouth and dental health too. Biocompatibility, mechanical and chemical properties of dental implants used in mouth are extremely important. Although dental implant treatments are applied successfully, some problems can occur as not providing of osseointegration completely, being long of duration of therapy, bacterial formation around implant after treatment, ignoring of implant by body. In this study titanium dioxide porous structure constituted on titanium to provide osseoinetgration. Then it was coated with keratin which is bioactive material, based silica gel to provide maximum biocompatibility.
