Abstract (EN)
The phytoplankton distribution and some physico-chemical parameters in 7 stations of Uzunçayır Dam Lake on April 2017 and March 2018 were also investigated. Some physico-chemical parameters of surface water were determined such as temperature: 13.2 ºC, pH: 8.5, dissolved oxygen: 11.1 mg/L, total nitrogen: 1.13, total phosphorus: 0.007 mg/L, electrical conductivity: 304 ms/cm, chlorophyll-a: 1.1 mg/L and secchi disk depth: 2.3 m, respectively. Phytoplankton taxas in all stations were found 135 taxas including Bacillariophyta (72 takson), Charophyta (6 takson), Chlorophyta (18 takson), Chrysophyta (3 takson), Cyanophyta (15 takson), Dinophyta (13 takson) ve Euglonozoa (8). During the study, samples were taken from the surface with plankton scoops and the state of phytoplankton communities was monitored the monthly.
