Abstract (EN)

It is to produce a system capable of monitoring of the radiation dose of the environment instantaneously radition fields such as Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology etc. which are located in public and private hospitals, providing remote access to the measurement results and recording the obtained data to produce a system that can perform retrospective inquiry. Geiger Müller tube was used as detector in System Design. Electronic card design was drawn and produced with EAGLE FREEWARE electronic card design software. After the assembly of the produced electronic card is completed, the microprocessor, graphic interface and web interface of the device are programmed. After system design is completed; simultaneous measurements were made in the range of 10 - 120 cm with 10 cm intervals for the conversion coefficient account together with the calibrated Radiation Field Monitor, in order to measure energy independence, measurements were taken at different detector – source distances with Co-57, Ba-133, Cs-137. Cps, which is the measuring unit of the device developed as a result of measurements made at different detector-source distances, was calculated as 0.0044, which is required to convert it to R/h. In the angle independence test, the maximum value calculated for each angle value was calculated as 4.04% and the smallest value as 0.51%. It is observed that the existing systems are compatible with the measurement results according to the values obtained as a result of the dosimetric measurements of the developed system.
