Accordin to XV. and XVI. centuries Ottoman history writers Desht-i Qipchaq and Golden Horde

The Desht-i Qipchaq geography, which has hosted many states since the earliest periods of history, has reflected on following eras by incorpotating the military, political, commercial and socio-cultural characteristics of these states. Golden Horde, which maintained its dominance during the XIII. ve XV. Centuries in Desht-i Qipchaq, has settled in Eastern Europeand the North of the Black Sea, and has become an authority in territory with military and political power. The relationship beween Anatolia and Golden Horde Khans established in the period of Turkiye Seljuks State. As Golden Horde entered into period of collapse when Ottoman Empires has began to strengthen, the realtionship between these two states was rater weak. After the collapse of Golden Horde, the presence of sons of Genghis Khan continuied by the establisment of Khanatesin the region. The relationship between Ottoman Empire and Desht-i Qipchaqwas mostly done by Crimean Khanate, at the begining of this process conquest of Kefe become breaking point. In the current study, the information about Desht-i Qipchaq and ulus of Jochi in XV. and XVI centruies Ottoman Chronicles are examined. In the context of the research, by referring to physical properties of Desht-i Qipchaq, the events that have taken place in this region are revealed.The military, political and commercial relations between Ottoman State and Crimean Khanate is evaluated. In addition, the Ottoman authors' view of Tatars is explained. In the assessments made in the framework of this information, it is seen that authors expressed in the every opportunities that the Ottoman State was superior to the Genghis Khanates. Besides Khanates of Cuci, there are a lot of data belonging to the Ilkhanid State and Chagatai nation, especially Timurids period in Ottoman chronicles.
