Abstract (EN)

September 2017 Advisor: Asst. Assoc. Dr. Mehmet SARITÜRK The aim of this study is to determine the effects of the alienation levels of academic and administrative staff working in Adıyaman University on the organizational trust and organizational citizenship behaviors in the 2016-2017 academic year and to contribute to the efficiency and efficiency of management. The research also aims to determine whether there are significant differences between the variables in question according to the demographic characteristics of the employees. The research designed to realize the aims of working in this context has been applied to 332 staff working at Adıyaman University. Survey method and questionnaire technique were used to determine the levels of alienation, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior. Using the "SPSS for Windows 24.0" statistical package program, one-way ANOVA, Correlation, Regression, Mann-Whitney U Test, Kruskal Wallis H Test, Independent Sample T Test, Factor, Frequency and Reliability Analyzes were applied. As a result of the study, it was determined that alienation has a significant effect on organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior, and alienation has a positive and positive relationship with organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior. It was also found that demographics had different effects with the mentioned variables and that alienation had more effect on organizational citizenship than organizational trust.
