Abstract (EN)
In this study, Wild dogwood (Cornus australis L.), pulp of wood production and phytochemical fıtness for properties. The cooking have been made by taking of 12 pieces, chip / solution ratio 1/5, cooking temperature 170±2 °C, the reaching time to maximum temperature by taking constant sulphate (Kraft) with the method active alkali / sulfide ratio, 18/20, 18/15, 18/10, 18/5, 16/20, 16/15, 16/10, 16/5 and 60 minutes cooking time at the maximum temperature performed of the literature search. Again sugar analysis was done using the milled samples of the same wood.
