Abstract (EN)
In the first chapter of this study, the aim and importance of the study are mentioned. In the second chapter, a summary of the literature is presented in accordance with the purpose of this study. In the third chapter, the material and method used in this study are explained. In the fourth chapter, some basic informations given about near sets and nearness approximation spaces. In the fifth chapter, some results related to nearness algebraic structures are examined. In the sixth chapter, the basic characteristics of near rings are mentioned. In the seventh chapter, the nearness near ring is also defined, and some results have been obtained.
