Abstract (EN)

Our study consists of 4 main sections in line with our main title. In the first part, composite, aluminum, adhesive, patches and fatigue studies are examined and various information is given on this subject. In the second part, the contents of the studies that are similar to or similar to the study we want to do are examined and summarized. In the third part, information about the main subject of our thesis is given. The data obtained from the computer program we used was shared and the steps we followed were examined one by one. Finally, the data were compared and interpreted. Our study is the fatigue analysis of patched and non-patched aluminum plates by numerical analysis method. Deformation and stress analysis were also applied to the samples. As a result of the analysis, fatigue life of composite patch samples increased considerably. When an aluminum material is damaged, it is seen that repairing with a composite patch instead of changing the material will be beneficial in terms of time and cost.
