Abstract (EN)
With the rapid increase in the population in the world, the technologically and designally outdated structures in the city centers have started to be replaced by advanced structures in vertical architecture. These structures are; These are the buildings that are produced by different disciplines, use modern construction techniques and technological systems, are planned to maintain their existence for a long time, and have a lot of details. It needs two-dimensional or three-dimensional (3D) data that different engineering branches must produce in all life stages from the design of the new buildings to the management of the construction process and post-construction. However, time and cost increase in construction projects due to the fact that the existing data is not up-to-date and the integration between different data cannot be done properly or not at all. In order to solve this problem, Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been developed, which allows development in a 3D virtual environment, covering all processes from project design to post-construction building management, by bringing together different engineering branches. In the 3D building model, which is developed using Building Information Model processes, the smallest details of the building can be determined beforehand. The model can become more meaningful by adding attribute information to each structural element in the structure. Although this meaningful 3D model provides full management in its life cycle, its relations with its environment remain incomplete. It is expected to work in integration with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for the emergence of sustainable city models within the scope of smart cities. In this study, integration studies of 3D building models produced by applying BIM processes with GIS were carried out. A comprehensive workflow diagram has been developed in the Feature Manipulation Engine(FME) program for this integration. Models with BIM-GIS integration are visualized on a 3D web map without the need for any other software, and dynamically building-based, floor-based and independent section-based geographical analyzes are performed on the models.
