In this thesis, a high precision multi-channel vibration measurement system has been developed that is similar to vibration measurement systems commonly used in monitoring the structural behavior of structure. The system, which is low-cost as a result of domestic production, brings many conveniences to vibration measurements and is superior to existing systems with its many advantages. With this system, changes in the structural behavior of selected structures under parameters such as environmental temperature-humidity were evaluated. With the system, frequencies were monitored at certain time intervals on laboratory models and real structures using ambient vibration test method, and the relationship between the natural frequencies and parameters was attempted to be determined. The presented study includes four main sections and in the first section, information on the studies conducted on the subject and the methods used is given. In the second section, the developed system, data acquisition software, verification of the developed system, and studies on laboratory and real structures are included. In the third section, the analyses performed were evaluated and in the last section, the results and recommendations were presented. From the study, it was concluded that vibration testing is an effective method to determine changes in structural behavior and that the effect of environmental effects such as temperature-humidity on structural behavior should be taken into consideration.
