Abstract (EN)

Within the scope of this thesis, studies were carried out on video camera based modal analysis tests of two different small-scale steel structure models and steel pedestrian overpass. The thesis study consists of four sections. In the first section, previous studies on the subject and the methods used in the thesis are mentioned. The second section includes finite element model and modal analysis, video camera based modal analysis and accelerometer based modal analysis studies carried out on two different small-scale steel structure models and steel pedestrian overpass. The acceleration data used in the accelerometer based modal analysis of two different small-scale steel structure models were obtained with the phone application called iDynamics. In order to obtain modal parameters with video camera based modal analysis, codes developed in Python language based on Lucas-Kanade Optical Flow Algorithm and ARMA Model were used. In the third section, the results obtained as a result of experimental studies are given and the results are compared. In the last section, recommendations are given.
