Abstract (EN)

Resource leveling is required in the project to avoid difficulties associated with large differences in resource use in the project. In this study, the solution of the problems encountered due to the limited resources is examined. In order for the activities to be carried out without interruption, the right resource must be ready at the right time in the desired amount. Resource overlap in activities is an important problem. In order to minimize the time required for the completion of the project, it is necessary to determine the most appropriate parameters and indicators of the execution process. The originality of this work is to use the Jaya method for the resource balancing problem. Due to the complexity of the projects, resource allocation and leveling are mainly treated as two separate sub-problems that are solved using heuristics that cannot guarantee optimum solutions. Most of the time, network graphics are first optimized by the "time" parameter, without considering the constraints, and when the specified time limit is reached, the resources will be allocated. By minimizing the number of daily resources and daily productivity is increased. In this study, a computer program is developed with the help of MATLAB computer programming language, taking into account the Jaya algorithm.
