Abstract (EN)
Recently, mechanical joints, adhesive joints and hybrid joints combined adhesive and pinned joints are used to connect of industrial materials specially. The aim of this study was to carry out a stress analysis of pinned joint, adhesively bonded joint and a hybrid joint designed with both pin and adhesive for aluminum plates. These different joints were analyzed firstly under tensile loading and then analyses were performed under both tensile and thermal loadings. The finite element method (FEM) was used for analysis. For this purpose, ANSYS 10.0 finite element software was utilized during both modeling and solution processes.
