Abstract (EN)

A computer network is a communication link created by connecting at least two devices with each other. This communication can be provided in a small area, between kilometers away devices, as wired or wireless. The increase in globalization and the rapid development of today's technology have increased the number of devices in communication with each other and the scales of network topologies. As a result of the growth of network topologies, distributed network models have become widespread with the use of software-defined cloud architectures instead of centrally managed networks. In multi-network models, some quality problems may occur during the transfer of end-to-end data regarding the privacy, security and communication quality experienced in communication between networks. In this regard, it is important to determine and control some important communication metrics such as bandwidth, delay, reliability, which are used as service quality standards during the transmission of data from a source to a destination point. Therefore, the fact that data in network topologies can be accessed and updated based on distributed digital wallet technologies positively affects issues such as system quality, flexibility, speed and security. In this research, it is planned to create a path computing architecture by supporting end-to-end service quality in software-defined multi-network architectures based on the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) model, which is one of the distributed digital wallet technologies. The fact that DAG carries the data in the nodes in a graph format that moves in one direction and has a format that cannot verify past and future transactions increases scalability. The proposed architecture will enable parallel and scalable path computation by eliminating central intermediaries, thanks to DAG. Each of the nodes in the DAG architecture will provide transaction and data entry, ledger integrity and security using cryptographic techniques. In addition, the support of the structure with the Software Description Network model, where the control, data and application planes are separate from each other, positively affects the flexibility and scalability of the system. The DAG-based architecture to be created will provide supply chain management, Internet of Things (IoT) and decentralized finance platforms, etc. It will allow simultaneous transactions in applications.
