Abstract (EN)

There are studies on today's renewable energy sources to prevent energy crisis. Technology, industry, transportation, and communication have become indispensable parts of life. The energy we need for each activity, has become today`s the most precious and important source of value. In contrast to the continuous increase of energy demand, because existing alternative energy resources are exhaustible and limited, mankind are referred to the path of discovery and development. Cooling and heating systems are used in many fields. However, today, many of these systems coverings, noise, moving parts, high risk of failure, made researches to focus on renewable, clean energy systems that can be used as a source. Studies have been conducted on the effect Seebeck and Peltier in this area. Because the thermoelectric effect to work with the system, the temperature can be controlled, only electrical energy usage as energy, the size is too small have made it the preferred choice in many industries from medicine to military areas. Thermoelectric module is a simple device to convert electrical energy to heat. Modules in P-type and N-type thermoelectric materials are connected in series between metal electrodes. The aim of this study is to evaluate renewable energy-based thermoelectric power production and the performance of the system. Performance of the system were evaluated according to energy and exergy analysis.
