The relationship between innovation management and perceived quality of work life: An application in 5-star hotels

In the study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between the perceptions of the quality of work life of the employees of the five-star hotel and their perceptions of innovation management. In addition, it was tried to determine whether the perceptions of employees' quality of work life and innovation management perceptions differ according to a certain variable (gender, marital status, age, education level, position in the hotel management, working time in the hotel management, department). The sample of the research consists of 150 employees working in 5-star hotels operating in Konya. The convenience sampling method was preferred in the selection of the participants. Demographic information form, "quality of working life scale" and "innovation management scale" were used to collect the data of the study. According to the research findings; There is a moderate relationship between quality of work life and innovation management, and quality of work life has a significant effect on innovation management.
