Abstract (EN)

One of the most controversial issues today is the global climate change crisis. Contrary to natural climate change, the cause of this crisis is people and the most responsibility share in this crisis is in businesses with traditional management understanding. This study in Turkey despite global climate change and to examine their attitudes towards climate change in Germany and draws a comparative perspective. In this context, it has been tried to interpret the management status of the global climate change crisis and the studies conducted regarding the crisis in terms of both developing countries and developed countries. In this study, the public spotlight in Turkey through the struggle with climate change and how to create the look you want a change in behavior in humans country manager in Germany. The questions of how they try to develop social awareness and awareness against the global climate change crisis and how they affect the understanding of green business, for what reasons the businesses will become green enterprises, in this case, what are the obligations and responsibilities of the businesses are sought. How messages are delivered to businesses and the society in public service announcements has been analyzed using semiotic analysis method. When the public service ads are examined, there are messages that enterprises are directed to environmentally friendly production options, ensuring production with renewable energies and using environmentally friendly packaging. Germany is known by the public that everyone said the crisis in the spotlight and while expressing will reduce carbon emissions by 2050. Turkey's public spotlight based rather than fear appeal marketing and climate change, there is a call to recognize the crisis. In addition, in this study, it is possible to see the green economic activities that came to the agenda with the global climate change crisis, the policies regarding the green economy, the socio-economic effects of the global climate change crisis, the environmental effects, how these effects affect the businesses and how they guide the green management culture in an interdisciplinary manner.
