The mediatory role of green transformational leadership on organizational pride of green organizational behavior

In today's business landscape, as enterprises are constantly striving for development, the level of competition in the market is increasing, and managerial problems are becoming more complex. Enterprises, along with their employees, are striving to maintain sustainability in line with their organizational culture and goals. In this context, apart from sustainability, many factors are of great importance for Organizational Pride and Organizational Sustainability. This study aims to determine the impact of Green Organizational Behavior on Organizational Pride and to identify the mediator role status of Green Transformative Leadership. In this research, which involved 617 participants working in various sectors in the Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, the Green Organizational Behavior Scale developed by A. Erbaşı (2019), the Organizational Behavior Scale developed by Gouthier and Rhein (2011), and the Green Transformative Leadership scale developed by Chen and Chang (2012) were used to determine participant opinions. Descriptive statistics of the collected data were conducted using SPSS 25 Program, while the statistical analysis of the measurement of data and structural models was tested using the SmartPLS 4 program, the latest version, using the re-sampling method. As a result of all analyses, it was found that Green Organizational Behavior has an impact on Organizational Pride, and additionally, Green Transformative Leadership was found to be significant and positively effective as a mediator in this model.
