An Investigation of Some Psychological Parameters of Children with Different Levels of Physical Activity Living in Orphanage and Love Homes (Amasya, Çorum example), PhD Thesis, Çorum, 2018. This study was carried out to investigate the socio-demographic characteristics (age, gender, education status), family characteristics (whether parents are alive or not), level of participation in physical activity and harmful habits (smoking) of the boys and girls participating in physical activity between the ages of 14-17 in Amasya and Çorum Orphanage. Although there have been various studies on the psychological measurement values of children, young people and children living in orphanages, sufficient level of research about the psychological factors that play a role in the participation in different levels of physical activity of 14-17 year-old (boys and girls) children in in the orphanages in Turkey. For this reason, the aim of the research is to shed light on the participation of children in different physical activities. In addition, it provides important contributions to academicians who want to work in this regard in terms of literature. In this regard, 95 male and 85 female students from Amasya male-female nursing homes and love homes affiliated to the Amasya Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Policy, 78 male and 64 female students from Çorum Provincial Directorate's male-female nursing homes and love houses and total of 322 children have been reached. Personal information form, assertiveness, aggression and loneliness inventories were applied. All statistical analyzes of the study were evaluated using the SPSS 20 package program. In addition, different physical activity levels of subjects were obtained inferred from the questions on the personal information form. For this reason, no physical activity was applied.
