The research was carried out on 191 intensive care nurses between March 2023 and May 2023 within a private hospital group in İstanbul. The data were collected using the "Nurse Descriptive Form", "CBS-24 (Caring Behaviors Scale)" and "NASRCR (Nurses' Attitude Scale Regarding the Caregiver Role)" prepared by the researcher. In the collection of data, consent form, nurse introduction and information form and scales were shared with nurses in the form of Google form. The data obtained from the study were evaluated in computer environment through SPSS 22.0 statistical program. Frequency and percentage analyses were used to determine the descriptive characteristics of the nurses participating in the study and mean standard deviation statistics were used to examine the scale. Kurtosis and Skewness values were examined to determine whether the research variables were normally distributed. In our study th mean total score of the nurses from Caring Behaviors Scale was 464±0.488 and the mean total score of Nurses' Attitude Scale Regarding the Caregiver Role was 4,393±0.606. A significant positive correlation was found between the Caring Behaviors Scale total score and sub-dimensions. In the study, it was observed that nurses' care behaviors were at a good level and their care behaviors. Increased with the increase in their attitudes towards caregiver roles. As a result, it is recommended to plan in-service trainings that will positively affect nurses' attitudes and then re-evaluate their care behaviors.
