Abstract (EN)

The increasing wealth in worldwide, as well as inequality, insecurity, inequality of income distribution, poverty and dependence gradually deepen. These developments increase the need for social policies and increasingly undermine the meaning of the welfare state. In recent years, the problem of social exclusion affects pretty much all countries regardless of the level of development. The existence of the phenomenon of poverty is seen clearly in Turkey, like other countries. The problems are become widespread by feeding with other factors, such as; low levels of education, unemployment and the informal economy, inadequate social security system, the economic crisis of the country, unfair distribution of income and regional inequalities. Poverty is beyond being an economic problem; it is also protecting the location of the sociological literature as a problem. At the same time, poverty has become evident of the existence of the phenomenon of social exclusion. Within this context, the survey has been done on who have green card and require the help of coal. Aim of this survey is able to determine in terms of the seriousness and magnitude of poverty and social exclusion in Aydın Province. As a result of the survey, the hypothesis is confirmed.
