Abstract (EN)

The research is conducted in order to examine the relationship between the conflict management styles of managers and work productivity of employees. Because the research is about detecting of the existing relationship relational screening model is used. The sample of the research consisted of employees of Meram Municipality in Konya. There were totally 240 employees in this institution. 240 employess filled out the surveys. However, the 4 surveys were removed during the preliminary data screening procedure, 19 survey were never returned and 217 surveys were analyzed in the study. Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory II and Endicott Work Productivity Scale were used to collect data in the researsch. SPSS 24.0 statistical software package was used to analysis of the data. Results indicated that managers according to employees' perception prefered high level integrating style and low level dominating style. Work productivity of employees were high level. There were differences in term of demographic variables conflict management styles of managers and work productivity of employees. In addition, it was found that there were statistically significant correlations between factors of conflict management styles of managers and work productivity of employees.
