Abstract (EN)
The organizational culture in higher education institutions, is intended to determine employees' organizational commitment and job satisfaction of relationships with target participants are selected as six employees of higher education institutions in Turkey. The data were taken from a total of 580 participants of which 190 of them were excluded from the evaluation due to incomplete and inaccurate data entry. The data correlation is evaluated with ANOVA and t-test analysis. The findings of the research; According to the education level of the general attitude towards the organizational culture, based on the types of tasks the organization overall attitude towards the organizational culture, based on the types of tasks the organization organizational commitment and overall levels of educational attainment according to job satisfaction overall level of business according to the types of tasks the organization satisfaction has been found to vary the general level. In addition, organizations with general attitudes towards the existence of a significant relationship between the culture and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and according to the general level of higher education institutions in a meaningful way in the presence of these relationships have been identified. Organizational culture, although many studies in the literature on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, chosen as a participant in our target countries of certain higher education institutions to be called a small number of employees that do not work, taken together, these three issues. This study will contribute to the literature, will offer tips on decisions to private and public institutions cent and, most importantly, higher education institutions (public and private), organizational culture, it is expected to understand the importance of the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction concepts.
