Abstract (EN)
Important applications in industry in recent years, finding insufficient lubrication of ZA alloys under high load conditions and show good wear resistance has been proven. Both free and suitable for casting aluminum containing up to 27% of commercial alloys have been developed. This cast iron alloys in many applications began to replace traditional bedding materials. such as white metal and bronzeIn this study , the abrasive wear performance of ZA-27 alloy and CuSn10 bronze has been calculated with an abrasive wear experimental device. In the study experimental variables such as rotational speed,% SiC ratio, applied load, test duration, particle size were investigated for the abrasive wear performance of ZA-27 alloy. Results of experiments in the ZA-27 alloy exhibit better wear performance than bronze CuSn10 was observed. On the other hand, the number of cycles and the grain size increases, the wear resistance of alloys that were decreased. However, with increase of applied load and % SiC, ZA-27 and CuSn10 bronze increased in the amount of wear was found.
