Abstract (EN)
1,3-Oxazolidine-2-one is an important hetereocyclic ring participating in chemical structure of many drugs. This ring is known to possess antibacterial, antifungal, antituberculosis, monoamine oxidase A inhibitor and neuroleptic activities. In this research, nineteen new amide/sulfonamide/thiourea compounds of derivatives of 4-(4-aminobenzyl)-2-oxazolidinone were synthesized. The designed compounds [1-19] were obtained by the reaction of 4-(4-aminobenzyl)-2-oxazolidinone with 4-substitutedbenzoyl chlorides, 4-substitutedbenzene sulfonyl chlorides and 4-substituted isothiocyanates. The structure of all synthesized compounds were clarified by FT IR, NMR, Mass spectroscopic and elemantal analysis (C, H, N, S) technique.
