Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, Analysis of the wear effect, fatigue and operating times of trencher teeth with 1m3 bucket capacity under dynamic loads were made. The design geometry and technical properties of the material used are the most important parameters in trencher claws. It is aimed to determine the stresses that occur under dynamic loads, wear on the claws of three different models used in buckets with 1 m3 capacity, fatigue and life time, especially in backhoe loaders, which are used in many places such as construction and agriculture. Wear conditions on the nails will be determined with the help of the discrete element method and the dynamic loads occurring in the working environment will be calculated with the contribution of the finite element method and the life span of the nails will be determined.
