Abstract (EN)

This study makes a significant contribution to the literature on test scenarios and user satisfaction evaluation of 112 emergency call applications. In the study, 5 test scenarios were designed to evaluate the functionality and effectiveness of 112 emergency call applications and these scenarios were applied to 3056 people. Test results and satisfaction surveys were analyzed using statistical methods. In addition, this study also points out some limitations and disadvantages of the test scenarios of the 112 emergency call application. Considering these limitations, it is important to make improvements that will make the test scenarios more realistic, comprehensive and reliable. The study emphasizes that 112 emergency call applications should be tested with realistic scenarios and user satisfaction should be evaluated. It also shows that factors such as years of study and gender affect satisfaction with the application. These findings provide important information for the development of 112 emergency call applications. As a result, this study provides important information for the development and optimization of 112 emergency call applications and contributes to more effective and efficient operation of emergency response systems.
