Abstract (EN)
Kütahya was the center and princely sanjak of Anadolu Beylerbeyliği. In this thesis, to contribute to the history of Kütahya, a section that belongs to the late 18s is selected. For this purpose, the fourth Kütahya Şer'iyye between 1781 and 1783 was investigated. Between these years, the administration of Kütahya Sanjak, the sanjak administration, the sanjak relations with the center, and the city's social and economic life are discussed.
