Abstract (EN)

The socio-cultural and political alterations after the World War 2 have showedtheir effects in Turkey as well as the whole world. In that formation, There aredemocracy,freedom and liberalism in this contexture extensively.The first alterations inTurkey started to changes with transition to the multiparty life.After 1945, while many political parties were founded in Turkey, DemocraticParty were supported in the whole country, especially in Izmir. The economical andsocial constitution of Izmir was effective by providing this support. On the other hand,CHP's attitude against public and economical bottlenecks have effects on the raise ofDemocratic Party.While Democratic Party executed poll propaganda, they had considered boththe social structure of the country and showed different political attitudes at the differentregions. Social rights and economical reforms had constituted the basis of the pollpropaganda of Izmir.
