Abstract (EN)

Investigation of Lipase Inhibitory Activities of 2-Amino Substituted Halochalcone N-Glycoside Derivative Compounds It is aimed to examine lipase inhibitor activities by synthesizing 2-Amino Substituted Halocalcone N-Glycoside Derivatives Compounds. Halocalcon starting compounds No 1-3 were synthesized using ethanol and water as solvent, 2-amino acetefenone and benzaldehyde, 4-/Fluoro/chlor/bromine, NaOH as base , and Halocalcon acetyl-N-Glycoside compounds 4a/b, 5a/b, 6a/b were obtained by heating under reflux in the reaction vessel containing DMSO solvent in starting compound No 1-3 α-D-bromotetraasetoglukoz and pyridine and passing nitrogen gas to the reaction medium. Then, halocalcon N-Glycoside compounds 7-9 compounds were synthesized by mixing and passing nitrogen gas through the compounds 4a/b, 5a/b, 6a/b at room temperature in the reaction vessel with sodium methoxide and acetone solvent. The lipase inhibitor activities of the synthesized compounds were investigated. The structures of 12 synthesized compounds were elucidated using 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, FT-IR, HSQC and LC-TOF-MS. The synthesized chalcone compounds No 1-3 are known, and the data are compatible with the data of the chalcone compounds in the literature. 4a/b, 5a/b, 6a/b, 7-9 compounds were synthesized for the first time within the scope of this thesis. The IC 50 values of compounds 2 and 5a with the highest lipase inhibition were found to be 17.7±0.9 μg/mL and 22.6±1.2 μg/mL, respectively. This thesis study will lead to preclinical studies for the development of new domestic drugs. All this information will contribute to the literature in pharmacy, chemistry and medical sciences.
