Abstract (EN)
After second World War, Europe, which lost its decisive role on history, started to try to establish a community in order to get rid of the destructive effects of war and to dismiss the danger as being perceived against from SSCB. Another main aim to establish this community was to benefit the advantages by being occured unitiy of economic.Undoubtly, every social group of Turkey have important duties on the membership of European Community. Especially when considering the effects of public opinion, to state the public as an important actor on this procedure will not be wrong. Approach of the community members on process is an important topic that must be examined as well as informing and heading the public about the process. Especially, in 1996 to join to customs unions, in 1999 to announce the candidacy officially after Helsinki Summit and at last in 2004 to launch the negotiations enchanged the agenda of EU on every part of social life such as politic and economic. In this respect, associated study aims to examine the political relationship after 2002 between Turkey and EU.
