Abstract (EN)

Three-dimensional production technology has become popular in industrial and academic studies with a rapidly developing momentum in recent years. Automotive, aerospace, biomedical, medicine, construction and food sectors find itself quickly and frequently mentioned the name. It is seen as an indispensable technology especially in the medical and biomedical sectors. The production of implants and prostheses with three-dimensional printer technology has been a light of hope for many patients. It is used in the biomedical sector in plastic parts as well as metal parts with three dimensional printer technology. In addition to metal and composite materials, PLA (poly Lactic acid) and abs (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) materials are frequently used in three-dimensional printers. The bio-compatibility of PLA is widely used in biomedical applications because of the very little damage to human health. In the same way, ABS is widely used in the machinery and automotive sectors due to its high resistance properties. In this study, the experimental samples were prepared using three-dimensional printers using the melt deposition method of the new material produced from PLA40/ABS60 filament material. On the filament melt Flow Index and samples, Izod pulse test, density test, flow test, hardness tests were performed. Mechanical and thermal properties of the results were studied.
