Abstract (EN)

M(L)M'(CN)4.nG given in Hofmann-type clathrates, M: Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn or Cd octahedral, such as surrounded by octahedral transition metals, M': square plane such as transition metal in the divalent Ni, Pd and Pt or tetrahedral order Zn, Cd and Hg, L: one bidentate (with two donor atoms) or two monodentate (single donor atom) ligand molecule, G: guest molecule and n: denotes the number of guest molecules. Many new Hofmann-type complexes and Hofmann-type clathrate were synthesized using different ligand and guest molecules. To date, such compounds are studied in two main groups as "Hofmann-type" and "Hofmann-Td-type" complex or clathrates according to the symmetry of M'(CN)4-2 anion which is one of the components of the host structure. In this study, for the first time, M(4-Pridinecarboxaldehyde)Ni(CN)4.G (M = Ni, Cd and G = Aniline) clathrates were obtained by infrared spectra and the absorption vibrations were marked. These markers were compared to other Hofmann-type clathrates in the literature and similar results were observed. In this study, Hofmann type aniline clathrates are formed by the nitrogen atom on the pyridine ring and the oxygen atom of the aldehyde (-CH=O) group to the transition metal atoms of the 4-pridincarboxaldehyde ligand molecule. It is understood that it is held in parallel by (-M-4PCA-M-) chains. The thermal properties of the clathrates were also investigated. As a result of this study, two new examples of Hofmann-type clathrates were introduced.
