One of the most important sources is writing-books which revealed the condition of socia-economical structures of the regions that they were under the Ottoman Empire sovereignty.By being benefited from the page- number 55 inside the writing-book concerning with Prizren Sanjak;it has been tried to be proved the condition of socia-economical structure of Prizren Sanjak in the ends of 16th century. In this article it has been tried to be mentioned on geographical-site the history of Prizren sanjak starting from the ancient times till the end of 16th century. The following writing-books and Prizren writing book were examined in detailed way.The statistics knowladges pertaining to the sanjak were turned into the certain tables and they were tried to realize definite titles according to those tables.The writing book dated 1590;was examined in three parts.ın the first part it was mentioned the administrative constitution.Administrative constitution has been classified into titles as being the sanjak administration and the sanjak administers.In the second part it has been surveyed financial life in Prizren.This part has been subjected to value seperately in three sections such as agrarian products,excises, means and terms. it has been also investigated demographic-structure and the endowments in the third part.As a result, the serbian sanjak related with management state, population-state and the state of region has been presented inside the tables in detailed way, according to the year of 1590s.
