Mühimme Notebooks are the records of the copies of the edicts issued after the approval of the Sultan for the decisions taken in the Divan-ı Hümayun. With its broad content, they contain very important sources in the science of history in terms of illuminating their political and administrative social and economic events.s. The abstracts of judgement which we made the transcription evaluation include the provisions of the 57th Mühimme notebook between h.1127-1201 (m.1718-1786/87).
