Accarding to number 6-7 Trabzon Verdict Registers (Ahkam Defteri) Gümüşhane Sanjak

Province Verdict Registers, which have very important position in Ottoman History studies, are one of archive sources that include guite important dates about comprisal districts in our thesis, land confliet coses, tresposs coses, wiew cases olsa invalved that occurred in number 6-7 Trabzon verdict Registers in Gumushane complant issues of these coses could not be solved in domestic courts and they were sent to Concil (Divan) in the direction of complaints which were sent to Concil (Divan) we have also reached how to work of grate justicemechonism from bookkeeping entries. In the introduction part of the thesis, the history of Gumushane, the aim and originality of the research subject and the sources used in the research are mentioned. In the first chapter, the divan organization and Bâb-ı Asafi Registers in the Ottoman State were introduced and information was given about the general characteristics of the Ahkâm Registers and the Books of Trabzon Vilayet Ahkâm. In the second part, there is a subject classification of the determined provisions in the Trabzon Vilâyeti Ahkâm Registers of No. 6 and 7 about Gumushane and simplified summary of the provisions. The study with conclusion and bibliography was completed by transcribing the provisions in Trabzon Vilâyet Ahkâm Registers No. 6-7 and some images of provisions were added as addition. The number 6-7 Trabzon Province verdict registers are included a process about 20 years in between 1838 (1253) and 1858 (1274) years in this process, it is striverd to illuminate forensic executive, social economic issues that occurred in Gumushane province in our study.
