By solving problems, children learn to focus their thoughts on one issue, find alternative solutions, comprehend cause and effect relationship and guess results. All tjese developments affect children's psychology and enable them to grow up as creative and productive individuals. The basic education period which especially starts in preschool years are the most fruitful period when education for acquiring the ağabeylities for problem solving are given. Strategies for understanding and solving problems can be given to children at this age more naturally and easily. In this study it will be developed about the importance of solving the problem, how it will be gained and also the role and importance of preschool period and how it Works. This scale had developed for measuring problem solving skills of the cihldren in six age and perschool period. The finds which were deduced using Lawshe Coverage Validity Rate figure/calculation has shown that all of the ölçek materials have proved capable of measuring the level of problem solving capacities of 6 year old kids .Besides, as a result of the finds deduced from credibility analysis it is understood that the ölçek has high level inner and outer consistency. As a result of re-scale applications, the value of Pearson Correlation Coefficient Scale total scale scores were found to be 83. This finding is the positive relationship between 7 the two applications of the scale and level of .01 (p <.01) are significant. As a result, the findings of the scale of scale of scale-retest consistency between applications on the basis of the total scale indicated that a high level.
