This study includes the transcription and evaluation of the Sharia Registry of Ayıntâb dated H.12.29.1119/M.26.12.1715 (p.1-125). In the study; after giving in formation about the history of Ayıntâb, Ottoman law, the institution of kadi in the Ottoman Empire, sharia courts and sharia registers, the documents in the 62 numbered Ayıntâb Şer'iyye register were summarized, and their classification and general evaluation were made. After the evaluation, the transcription text was included. The Ayıntâb Şer'iyye record that we examined, guardian, alimony, inheritance, buying-selling, credit-giving, debt, property cases, proxy appointment, marriage, theft, assault, death events, disturbing peace, banditry, etc. documents on the subject. Under the mentioned titles, it has been tried to make some determinations about the political, economic and social situation of the Ayıntâb Şer'iyye Register no 62. The period when the register was prepared coincides with the decline of the Ottoman Empire. During this period, III. Ahmet was Sultan of Ottoman Empire.
