Abstract (EN)
This study is about 85/3 transcription of Rusya Ahkam Defteri which was written down between 1775 and 1784 in Ottoman Empire.West policy of Ottoman Empire and Emergence of Russia as a nationel state caused to a direct and for both sides.Economic and political condition of both sides is also Mentioned in this period.Political questions between Ottoman Empire and Russia, commercial goods, other disagreemonts and commercial questions which was appeared after commercial activies were montiones in this study.
