Abstract (EN)

The abundance of all elements in the universe to have reached their present proportions is thought as a result of the synthesis of various nuclear reactions from the Big Bang until now. Element production by nuclear reactions starts from the birth of stars and continues until their death. However, gas and dust clouds in the interstellar medium are bombarded by cosmic rays and contribute to element synthesis. Of these elements, Technetium is the only element naturally found in stars but not found on Earth. For this reason, Tc element important to explain the synthesis of heavy nuclei in stars. In this thesis, cross-section values of the 99Tc isotope (p,3n) 97Ru in the 20-100 MeV range of the reaction, astrophysical S-factor calculations from the EXFOR nuclear data library were made. Additionally, the reaction rate calculations of this reaction were obtained theoretically.
