Abstract (EN)
In the Islamic State Abbasid took control of management after Umayyad power. This management alteration is not a simple but a profound revolution in terus of Islamic State. Since the beginning of Abbasid power in almost all eras Turks have played a crucial role. Turks generally take Abbasid caliphets under control and take control totally caliphet when the caliphet is low in power. This Turk dominant era will be analyzed us "Turks Commanders Era" as the first part and "Emirü'l Ümera Association" as the second part. Both eras witnessed bloody confilcts. Fierce throne fights and both sides were harwed overwhelwingly. Thus, not only Abbasid power weakened, but also Turks population decreased. As a result of this decrease, Turks migrated into the various regions and originated autonomus states and lived. However Abbasid dynasty entered into destruction phase and couldn't gather itself up.
