İn second chapter, adaptation of servo logic for systems, used term in servo control,feedback control systems, classfy of systems, main elements for servo systems, servo modelfor applications and classfy of motors has been investigated.İn third chapter, , servo motors which used in industry widely are introduced generally andmotor?s principle of studies, matematical models, equivalance circuits, area of applications,cost of motors has been investigated.İn fourth chapter, switching reluctance motor, brushless dc motor and brushless ac motorwhich are chosen in the third chapter, are controlled with servo logic has been investigated.İn the last chapter, any example for industrial servo motors has been investigated.
