Abstract (EN)

This study worked for gaining antioxidant and researching effect of pressure parameter to supercritical fluid extraction of sage leaves which is culvitated naturally in Mersin region. These extractions were made at various pressure value (75, 80, 85 bar) and because of prevention of antioxidants degeneration, 35 0C temperature was used and so temperature was stabil. Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method and soxhlet extraction method yields were compared, soxhlet extraction method yield was lower, and then supercritical carbon dioxide extraction yield increased with pressure. At the end of the extraction; HPLC analysis were made at various wavelengths. Peak areas of supercritical carbon dioxide extracts were found higher at maximum absorption wavelength at 280 nm than 320 nm and 400 nm wavelengths.
