Abstract (EN)
The general microbiologial quality of 60 samples of yoghurt marketted in different supermarkets in Adana has been examined and the coliform bacteria were isolated. Different biochemical characteristics and IMVIC tests were obtained from identification of 1707 cultures. Total 1707 coliform strains have been identified in the yoghurt, consistend of 1486 Escherichia coli, 50 Citrobacter, 41 Klepsiella, 62 E. aerogenes, 51 E. cloacae and 17 ather entercbacter.
