Abstract (EN)
Aerobic oxalate bacteria used in this project are Cupriviadus oxaliticus OX1, Oxalicibacterium flavum TA17T, Xanthobacter sp. NS14 and Cupriavidus necator NS02 and gram negative and rod shaped. In the soil there are a large amounts of aerobic oxalate bacteria. They convert into format by using the oxalate as a source of carbon. It is stated that the environmental factors like pH , osmolarity , heat, nutrition and antibiotic stress can be cultured and the effects of liveliness with the help of this project. The four organisms used in basal mineral medium with Potassium oxalate (PO) changes their tolerance against the salt in different concentrates and also OX1 and NS14 indicates a well grown up in %1 percent of NaCI.The other two bacteria have a weak growing in this environment. It shows that aerobic oxalate bacteria used in this project have changed their optimum growing pH and almost every one of them has grown up in different pH. It is high that OX1 and NS14 shows their good growning. When we deep in the effects of these bacteries in different heats TA17 and OX1 shows their good growing in 45 oC.The formation of growing showing against the changes of heating, strain NS02 is extremely changeable. Organisms reacts almostly the same as the reaction of ampicillin against different concentrations. It has not been examined to grow up in 20 and 30 µg /100ml.It is specified that the PO has a good growing up in the count of colony made by its different concentrations.Growing in the increasing PO concentrations has been decreased. It shows that used oxalate bacteria differentiate the reactions to applied environmental factors. In this project we have thought that the bacteria can show its growing especially in high pH and the heat can be used in industrial areas.
