Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to determine the prevalance of eye diseases and differentiation between races of cats and dogs in Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) Veterinary Health Application and Research Center between 2009-2013. Study material was 74 patients of cats and dogs from different breed age and sex. Higheist prevalence was found in conjunktivitis, harder gland prolapsus and corneal ulcerations between 2009-2013. The prevalence was 74.32% on be half of dogs. The age prevalence were 37.83 % for 0-1 age and 62.17 % for over 1 yers old. As result present study was found usefull for researches and clinical practitioners in the have of eye disease prevalence of cats and dogs. Key words: Surgery, eye, prevalence
