(P ? 0.05).Right-hand grip strength of subjects and the left hand grip strength between the average is seemed to be a highly significant difference (P0,01).Forces between the legs of subjects the average is seemed to be highly significant difference (P0,01).Subjects between the mean of the vertical jump force is seemed to be a significant difference (P0,05).The average distance of subjects in the high degree of flexion was seen as a significant (P0,01).In conclusion, the data obtained from these studies according to the findings, control has been and specially designed 3-month exercises the power of force, physical and physiological performance of children developed positively, their quality of life was found to be effective in a significant way. As a result of exercise for children to do their work, the result is seemed to be positive.
