Özet (EN)

This research; in special education institutions in the province of Afyonkarahisar in 9?11 years with disabilities in the regular 12 week exercise is intended to identify the effects some physcal and physiological parameters.20 subjects in the.study were applied to the 12-week athletic training program, frequency distribution of the data obtained with the associations made in SPSS t-test analysis, significance level was set at 0.05.Between The average of Height and body weight of subjects is seemed that there is not significant difference. (P ? 0.05).Right-hand grip strength of subjects and the left hand grip strength between the average is seemed to be a highly significant difference (P0,01).Forces between the legs of subjects the average is seemed to be highly significant difference (P0,01).Subjects between the mean of the vertical jump force is seemed to be a significant difference (P0,05).The average distance of subjects in the high degree of flexion was seen as a significant (P0,01).In conclusion, the data obtained from these studies according to the findings, control has been and specially designed 3-month exercises the power of force, physical and physiological performance of children developed positively, their quality of life was found to be effective in a significant way. As a result of exercise for children to do their work, the result is seemed to be positive.
