Abstract (EN)
With increasing developments on telecommunications conventional communications system left their places to dynamic, interactive and valued services. It is visible even on GSM system. It is evident that ISDN, PSNS and GSM system will be on IP based system. Voip communication is rapidly developing with increasing problems. One of the main problems is security. The security problem threatened users as well as Networks. This study focus on controlling of unwanted traffic effecting voice transportation quality over networkAs a result, new approach which offers more security as wells as quality while consuming less bandwidth.
